Shipping and Product Updates
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:
To our wonderful customers, donors and supporters: We have sustained considerable damage to our warehouse due to a tornado. No one was injured but we are currently working on inventory recovery and relocation. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Orders of loose materials will not ship until the end of August. They have sustained water damage and require repackaging. Reach out to us if this is an issue and we will work with you. All full kits will ship immediately.

We are a small team, and we currently have limited staff in the warehouse. All new orders will go into a queue, and will be shipped out as soon as possible. Please allow up to one week to ship in-stock items.
Express orders (Overnight, 2Day, etc.) will be shipped as quickly as possible, regardless of the day. If you have selected Express shipping, please email us so we can be sure to ship it out ASAP.
