Just before heading to Tanzania for the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness annual meeting, Kevin had another chance to build awareness about our solution to the world’s largest unmet disability.
Here’s the clip from WMAR in Baltimore, MD.
Now at the IAPB annual conference, he is able work with other eye health leaders to develop outreach solutions to the most vulnerable people around the globe. Many of the topics are right up our alley, like the affordability and access of eyeglasses for those most in need, along with the distribution of eyeglasses in areas hit hardest by humanitarian crisis.
We have a lot to bring to the table, and we’re sure Kevin is in his element.

Kevin White (Global Vision 2020), Gael O’Sullivan (Georgetown University), Fred Rariewa (Johns Hopkins Center for Communication’s Program)
He is very passionate and convincing when it comes to bringing our solution to the forefront. He has led the charge to build partnerships with JHU and Georgetown University – two large academic institutions that have aided in the awareness campaign, implementation of improved distribution techniques, learning from and establishing best practices for medical outreach in the developing world, and economic development through the business lens of social entrepreneurship and healthcare workers.
We are pleased to be a part of this annual meeting to develop even more avenues for success as well as continue to build awareness of our solution, the USee™.
And all of this just in time for World Sight Day!
